Data Analyst

Uploadcare, a file management platform and content delivery network, is seeking a Mid/Senior Data Analyst. This role involves delivering actionable insights, managing reporting and dashboards, designing and analyzing A/B tests, and ensuring data accuracy. Candidates should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL and Python, and experience with data visualization tools. • Build partnerships with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and improve KPIs.
• Translate stakeholder needs into analyses and reports.
• Communicate findings for data-driven decisions.
• Design, track, and analyze A/B tests with teams.
• Promote experimentation culture.
• Manage reporting and develop dashboards (Tableau, Looker, Google BigQuery, etc.).
• Track and analyze key metrics and user behavior.
• Ensure data accuracy through audits and validations together with a Data Engineer.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Provide data and insights for growth strategies.
• Support Finance with projections and retention analysis.
• Align data efforts with business goals across teams.
• Promote data literacy among product, marketing, and engineering teams.

Analytical Skills: Proficient in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, skilled in data querying and transformation (SQL/BigQuery), and statistical computing.

Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate data into business insights. Knowledge of product and business domains, with the ability to quickly acquire knowledge about new products and domains.

Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and promptly to stakeholders. Written and verbal communication skills in English, with at least intermediate proficiency (at least B1).

Technical Proficiency: Experienced with SQL, Python, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, BigQuery), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics).

Education and Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Data Analyst, preferably in a B2B SAAS environment. Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Experiment Design and Analysis: Experience with designing and analyzing A/B experiments and defining analytical events.

Team Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless product improvements.

Data Visualization: Advanced knowledge of data visualization and the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
