Position: Middle/Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to work on advanced speech and language technologies. You will participate in all stages of solution development — from refining business requirements with product teams to designing prototypes and implementing production-grade ML systems.

What You’ll Do

• Develop state-of-the-art solutions in speech technologies: audio and speech processing (offline and streaming ASR), text analysis (summarization, NER, classification, topic extraction, etc.), and threat detection (fraud, spam, and similar use cases).
• Rapidly prototype ML/DL models and adapt them to evolving business needs.
• Design and optimize ML models for speech recognition, text processing, and related tasks.
• Work closely with the project manager and product lead to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Stay up to date with modern research, tools, and best practices in speech and NLP.
• Contribute to the team’s professional growth and engineering excellence.

Tech Stack

Python, ML & DL, NLP, ASR, Speech synthesis (TTS), PyTorch/TensorFlow, HuggingFace, ONNX/TensorRT, NeMo, NumPy

Nice to Have

• Experience with modern speech processing libraries.
• Hands-on experience converting, optimizing, and accelerating models using TensorRT or similar tools.
• Participation in ML competitions (Kaggle, etc.) is a plus.

Language Requirement

• English level: B1 or higher
