Middle/Senior ML Engineer

• Develop and implement machine learning algorithms
• Translate machine learning models from development to production
• Compare different approaches to solve complex business problems
• Interact with clients to identify their issues and opportunities for solutions using machine learning tools
• Develop algorithms for recommendation systems and ranking systems

• 2+ years in startups or professional services firms
• Strong mathematical background
• Knowledge of ML algorithms and metrics
• Experience of putting ML models into production and evaluating their business impact
• Classification, regression, clustering and NLP skills
• Ability to conduct customer demos and translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Experience with big data and large language models
• Language Proficiency: English B2-C1, Russian B2

Desired Experience:

• Python, SQL, PostgreSQL, Spark (basic knowledge)
• Pandas, FastAPI, Sklearn, PyTorch, Transformers
• Git, Docker, OpenAI API
• Hyperparameter optimisation and production model monitoring
• Familiarity with Databricks and code reviews
• Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, DataBricks, Airflow, Microsoft Azure, Azure AutoML
