Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets from various cryptocurrency exchanges and blockchain networks

• Develop and implement quantitative trading strategies for crypto markets

• Create predictive models to forecast market trends and identify trading opportunities

• Design and maintain data pipelines for real-time and historical crypto market data

• Collaborate with trading and engineering teams to implement and optimize strategies

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and decentralized finance (DeFi)

• Conduct research on market microstructure and crypto-specific phenomena

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in quantitative finance or algorithmic trading

• Knowledge of financial markets and trading strategies

• Familiarity with blockchain data structures and on-chain analytics

• Contributions to open-source projects or research publications in relevant fields

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Proficiency in Rust/Python and SQL

• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, and time series analysis

• Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and blockchain technology

• Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies

• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
