AI Scientist to develop a cutting edge B2B GenAI product

Intrepid Fox is a cutting-edge startup focusing on developing advanced Generative AI solutions for fintech.

We're offering a unique opportunity to join our founding team, where you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of AI in business application. Our solution leverages foundation models like GPT-4 to read, understand, and extract meaningful data from a variety of business documents, 10x speeding up decision-making and enhances customer interactions. We have working software (SaaS) which needs further enhancements and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize pipelines for efficiently extracting target data from a variety of documents (bank statements, contracts, etc.) with focus on key business metrics.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) processes to enhance Q&A systems for user interactions with chat assistant.
• Implement control over the tone and style of assistant speech in customer communications.
• Conduct benchmarking tests for various foundational models and their hyper-parameters, focusing on accuracy, cost, speed.
• Implement hosted solutions based on open-source foundational models.
• Collaborate with our development team for code integration and optimization.

We don’t believe in dry numbers and years of experience, but those skills will allow to perform efficiently in this role:

• 2+ years of full-time experience in a Data Scientist role in a business
• Hands-on knowledge in Statistics to perform all the measurements correctly.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering and fine-tuning GPT-like models.
• Proficiency in Python coding.
• Advanced level of English.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, structured and a detail-oriented mindset.
