Responsibilities

  • Use your analytical skills to design top-tier financial products
  • Take ownership of the product and its performance metrics
  • Develop performance metrics to enhance both products and workflows
  • Derive actionable insights and generate innovative ideas through data analysis
  • Conduct in-depth research and investigations
  • Design and implement monitoring systems for products and operational processes
  • Build informative reports and interactive dashboards
  • Optimize customer journey mapping (CJM) and conversion funnels
  • Evaluate the quality, coherence, and logic of business processes
  • Develop effective incentive schemes for operational teams
  • Test hypotheses aimed at process improvement
  • Perform cost analysis to evaluate overall operational efficiency

Requirements

  • A mathematical or technical degree from a top university such as MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, or NES
  • Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory
  • Analytical mindset and systematic thinking
  • Ability to visualize data and draw actionable conclusions
  • Experience in hypothesis testing and validation
  • Proficiency in SQL; knowledge of Python or R is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Superset
  • Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical tasks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher for effective collaboration with an international team
