Middle Product Analyst

Looking for a Middle Product Analyst who will be responsible for researching customer experience with the product, identifying growth opportunities, testing hypotheses on the impact of product changes on key metrics.

• Own the list of events, its parameters and quality, ensuring comprehensive and accurate tracking. Describe new user events for devs.
• Configure and monitor ETL, event logging and data quality processes.
• Create product dashboards to evaluate the effectiveness of new features and track metrics by segments.
• Conduct the full A/B test cycle: from hypothesis formulation to presentation of results to the team.
• Identify opportunities for product growth through data analysis and present the findings to the business.
• Conduct Ad hoc research upon team requests to determine promising development directions for the platform, 
automate popular ones and present findings to stakeholders and teams.

• 1.5+ years of product analyst experience with confidently proficient in SQL and analyzing real-world data using Python.
• Experience working with one of the BI systems (Tableau, PowerBI, Redash, FineBI, DataLens, etc.).
• Experience in conducting and analyzing A/B tests, including knowledge of probability theory and statistics.
• Skilled in creating presentations and dashboards to visualize research results.
• Have a good communication skills, including the ability to establish communications with managers, effectively present findings, and clearly articulate your point of view.
• English level: Upper - Intermediate +
• Nice to have: successfully graduated from a university such as MIPT, MSU, HSE, SPbU, or Bauman, from any technical faculty
