Senior NLP Engineer (LLM)

We are looking for a Senior NLP Engineer to develop and optimize LLM-based features for information extraction and generation, experiment with multimodal architectures, and enhance our AI platform for speed, accuracy, and scalability. If you have 5+ years of NLP experience, expertise in LLMs, Python, PyTorch, and want to work on AI-driven solutions for the iGaming industry, we’d love to hear from you!

Blask is an AI-powered analytics and marketing platform designed for the iGaming industry. We leverage cutting-edge AI and NLP technologies to help businesses optimize decision-making, enhance player engagement, and drive marketing efficiency.

• Develop solutions using LLMs and classical ML/NLP approaches (mainly for information extraction and generation).
• Optimize and enhance existing production systems, focusing on output quality, performance, and system stability.
• Design and test optimization methods for LLMs, improving their accuracy, speed, and efficiency.
• Integrate and adapt cutting-edge libraries to meet company needs (Hugging Face, PyTorch, etc.).
• Conduct experiments with new LLM architectures, including multimodal approaches.
• Scale models and automate deployment processes.
• Solve complex technical challenges, support the team, share expertise, and train colleagues in new methodologies.

Who We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in NLP, including extensive hands-on work with LLMs (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, multimodality, custom tokens).
• Experience working with databases.
• Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries: PyTorch/TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, etc.
• Deep understanding of Transformer architectures: tokenization, attention mechanisms, and computational optimization.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of computer vision.
• Experience in AI Research, including publications and NLP-related studies.
• ML-Ops skills and experience deploying models in cloud environments (AWS and other platforms).
• Degree from a prestigious university in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, or AI).
