Your responsibilities:

  • Research and develop new methods for document processing
  • Own related ML services and data pipelines
  • Monitor the performance to identify key problems.
  • Mentor less experienced peers
  • Deliver enduring value in terms of software and modeling artifacts

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Deep Learning and Computer vision on industry-level projects
  • Fluency in Python for development
  • Comprehensive knowledge of PyTorch or Tensorflow
  • Creativity and curiosity for solving highly complex problems
  • Bias to clean and structured code
  • Meticulousness with performance metrics
  • Fluency in English

Not mandatory, but is a plus:

  • NLP experience
  • Knowledge of C++/Java

Working conditions

  • Work remotely or from the office in Belgrade/Madrid
  • Flexible working hours: work whenever you prefer
  • Open vacation policy: no strict limit for vacation days
  • Strong ML team: 30+ members, mostly senior-level, top-quality solutions on the market
  • Stock options

If you’re a highly skilled specialist with salary expectations beyond our limit, we’re always open to discussing it! 😊
